Aguardente Single Malt 6 Months Aged

Our first aged single-malt aguardente, rested for six months in a pair of oak barrels. Strong notes of orange on the nose and a touch of chocolate on the palate. The finish is dry, oaky and tannic, and there is a richness and colour quite unexpected for such a ‘young’ spirit.
